Research & Analysis
I met with the client to understand the needs and requirements for the landing page. Engaging in collaborative brainstorming sessions with the client helped generate design concepts that align with the user’s needs and Vinstrel’s business goals.
I outlined the priorities, distinguishing between Must-haves and secondary elements, by creating a Project Road Map.
Key Takeaway: I insured the website’s scalability by adding an e-commerce package from WordPress, so as the brand grows, Vinstrel’s website can accommodate online sales.

Design Solutions
My sketches and mockups focused on the following;
- Introducing Vinstrel
- Showcasing its offerings
- Providing clear contact information
Key takeaway: Due to time and technical ability constraints, I had to re-examine the designs and adapt them to what was feasible. I found similar templates to my original designs and used those to build off of.

Encountering Road Blocks
Throughout the development of the website, a significant challenge emerged when incorporating Vinstrel’s logo into the hero image. To overcome this, I proposed an opening animation of the logo that would serve two purposes: engage the viewer without relying on hero imagery and offer a glimpse into the meaning behind the name Vinstrel. Just like a Minstrel, it would tell a story!
Key takeaway: Adding the animation helped draw the user’s attention while effectively conveying the story behind the brand’s identity. The design layout became more cohesive and enhanced user engagement.

Conclusion
Vinstrel’s logo and landing page were successfully designed and implemented. Even through technical and time constraints, I created a new landing page that effectively introduces Vinstrel, communicates its unique offerings, and provides a clear point of contact.
